Disclaimer

Please note the following before purchasing a service from Vicky Rei Art Studio:

1. Usage rights

   • All commissioned artwork is for personal and/or commercial use, as agreed upon in writing.

   • You may not reproduce, resell or use the artwork for commercial purpose without a signed license

2. Artist rights

   • Artist retains all rights to every created artwork and may use it for promotion, portfolio or social media display

   • Artist reserves the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reasons

3. Process

   • Client is obligated to provide clear depiction, characteristics or reference photos to ensure the best result of commission possible

   • Artist is obligated to finish commissioned artwork in 7-21 business days, if not stated otherwise

4. AI usage

   • Artist guarantees that no AI imaginery was used in creation process

5. Delivery

   • Artworks are delivered as digital files (if not requested otherwise) in high 300DPI resolution, CMYK color profile

   • Due to nature of custom commissioned work and digital form of products, payment must be done in advance.

   • Refunds are generally not available once the work is finished, except in cases when the artwork can´t be completed and client wasn´t properly informed in advance.

6. Restrictions

   • My artwork may not be used in AI datasets, AI programs or blockchain/NFT projects, or any other form of automated image generation

   • Artist won´t draw in different style as their own, gore or violent imaginary that can be harmful to showcase or display
