1. Grant of License

A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pattern(s) for the following permitted uses:

Fabric printing for personal and commercial products

Creation of digital products, web design elements or app backgrounds

Print-on-demand products that includes (but are not limited to) stationery, home decor, clothes

Original products and merch for brands or businesses

Promotional, social media, email marketing and marketing content

2. Restrictions

It is strictly prohibited to:

Reselling or redistributing the Pattern(s) as a standalone product, whether in digital or physical form

Including the Pattern(s) as standalone product in any product bundle for sale or distribution

Declaring authorship or claiming ownership of the Pattern(s), even if modifications are made. The Licensor retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to purchased Pattern(s)

3. Attribution

No attribution is required, but the Licensee is not permitted to claim authorship of the Pattern(s) under any circumstances.

4. Termination

This license will be terminated immediately if the Licensee violates any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Pattern(s). Licensor might take legal action if Licensee does not comply to do so.

The Licensor is not responsible for any printing issues. Colors may slightly vary from displayed image.
